Brand Guidelines v1.0 — The measurement and prediction infrastructure for AI search visibility.
March 2026 · For Internal + Agency Use
01 — Foundation
Deep Presence is the measurement and prediction infrastructure for AI search visibility — it tells enterprises what will be cited by AI before they publish, and ties those citations to revenue.
Every element must earn its place. No ornamental gradients. If a line exists, it measures something.
The brand reveals layers on inspection. First glance: calm. Second glance: the grid aligns, the mark contains a concept.
Communicate one idea per surface. When in doubt, remove. Authority comes from what it doesn't show.
Precision over decoration
Depth over surface
Signal over noise
One clear metric.

02 — Identity
Broken circle with centered dot. A coordinate marker in embedding space. The circle breaks at 60°/240° diagonal axis — creating tension that suggests non-Cartesian geometry. This is Deep Presence distilled to a single symbol: a precise position in abstract space.

Citation probability by query type
Every piece of content exists as a point in high-dimensional space. When an AI system selects what to cite, it performs a geometric operation — finding content that satisfies specific conditions relative to the query.
Standard text embeddings cannot see structure. They suffer from what we call "embedding blindness." They know that two phrases mean the same thing, but they cannot distinguish format.
Content closer to the citation centroid gets cited more frequently than baseline.

06 — Visual Language
Built from the broken-circle DNA of The Locus mark, repeated on a grid. All instances rotated 0°/90°/180°/270°. Only one dot remains filled.
Scattered dots connected by proximity lines. Suggests a Delaunay triangulation of embedding space. One cluster highlighted in accent color.
Fine dotted grid reminiscent of engineering paper. Used as subtle backgrounds for product screenshots and editorial layouts.
Soft gradient mesh using brand colors. Used for hero backgrounds, marketing landing pages, and presentation slides.
| Pattern | Context | When to use |
|---|---|---|
| A — Coordinate Linework | Editorial, blog headers | Subtle brand texture behind content. Low density only. |
| B — Embedding Field | Product marketing, hero | Represents the embedding space concept. Use with accent cluster. |
| C — Grid Overlay | Product UI, screenshots | Subtle engineering-paper feel. Behind product mockups or data. |
| D — Gradient Mesh | Marketing hero, slides | Premium feel for landing pages and presentations. Never in product UI. |
